Support access

If you need help with solving a problem on the server from our specialists, you need to grant root access to the server. This can be done through the Control Panel.

To do this you will need:

  1. Request a public key from Support.

  2. In the "Settings"->"Main"->"Support access" section add the received key, specifying the desired validity period for it: Server access menu in FASTPANEL

    note

    If this menu does not exist, you need to install the sshd_auth_key module under Applications: Applications menu in FASTPANEL

  3. After you save the key, you have the option to copy the access certificate and revoke it prior to the scheduled date: Server access menu in FASTPANEL

  4. Send the certificate to our specialists, so we can access the server if the SSH is available.

    important

    Access to the server by certificate is valid only for our host support.fastpanel.direct. If you have closed access to the SSH server through a firewall, you will need to allow connection from the IP of this host to grant access.
